You may submit ratings, reviews, comments, and other content ("User Content"). You grant MC Rankings a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your User Content.

You agree not to post content that is:

• Illegal, defamatory, or infringing on any third party’s rights.
• Abusive, harassing, or hateful.
• Spam or unsolicited commercial content.

We reserve the right to remove or modify User Content that violates these rules.

MC Rankings is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee continuous operation, error-free service, or availability of any listed servers.

We are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from:

• Server downtime or data loss.
• Third-party links or content.
• Reliance on User Content.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us, if any.

7. Termination & Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion for violations of these Terms or for any conduct we deem harmful, depending on severity.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes via the email address associated with your account. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
